Clean but uncomfortable stay
The room was clean overall, but the bed was really hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. While the staff was somewhat accommodating, my request for an extra pillow took longer than expected, which was frustrating. The location was decent with food options nearby, making it convenient.

The room was super spacious and the flat-screen TV was a great bonus! However, the check-in process was confusing and staff seemed detached. Overall, enjoyed my night despite the hiccup. ✨

Just an optimal selection for a speedy visit in North Randall with reasonable price. The bathroom had sticky spots everywhere, so I bought cleaners to tackle it. Bring your own towels to avoid surprises!

Comfortable bed, but pillows were lacking. Free parking was a plus.

missingWrote a review on Sept 13location conveniencehelpful staffcleanliness issuesdated furnishingslack of facilities
The double room provided just enough space for each of us to have a bed. The location was ideal for the event, and the convenience of nearby food options was a definite plus. However, the overall experience fell short with cleanliness issues, dated furnishings, and a lack of facilities. The front desk staff, despite being kind, could not make up for the numerous shortcomings during our stay.

I had a nice time soaking in the hot tub and lounging by the pool during my stay. The peaceful environment made it super easy to relax after a long day, even if the bathroom could use a little updating. I'd recommend bringing some snacks for late-night cravings! 😊

Diving into local eats was a highlight. Found a hidden gem serving killer gyros just a few blocks away, and the diner up the street dished out a mean breakfast all day. Wi-Fi was solid and the fridge came in clutch for late-night snacks.
Everything was a hot mess from check-in to check-out. The check-in was icy and rude, and the room smelled like it had been a chain smoker’s hangout for ages. Plus, I had to battle a broken AC and uninvited bugs.
