Clean but uncomfortable stay

The room was clean overall, but the bed was really hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. While the staff was somewhat accommodating, my request for an extra pillow took longer than expected, which was frustrating. The location was decent with food options nearby, making it convenient.

The room was super spacious and the flat-screen TV was a great bonus! However, the check-in process was confusing and staff seemed detached. Overall, enjoyed my night despite the hiccup. ✨

Just an optimal selection for a speedy visit in North Randall with reasonable price. The bathroom had sticky spots everywhere, so I bought cleaners to tackle it. Bring your own towels to avoid surprises!
